for trekking peaks.

Outline Itinerary

01 Arrival
in Kathmandu. Transfer to Hotel.
Day
02
Drive
to Nagarkot (2170m), at one hour drive
from Kathmandu for acclimatization.
Accommodation in tents or hotel. In
a clean day one can see sunrise at Mt.
Dhaulagiri, Ganesh Himal, Langtang Himal,
Dorje Lakpa, Jugal Himal, Chhopabamare,
Gaurishanker, Cho Oyu, Everest, Numbur,
Kayalung and even Shisha Pangma in Tibet.

Morning
- sunrise view of the mountains. During
the day you trek to Dhulikhel
and stay in hotel
Day
04 Drive
to Kathmandu. Overnight at Hotel.
Day
05
Transfer
to the airport, fly to Lukla (2800m)
and trek to Phakding (2640m). Overnight
in Lodge
Day
06 Namche
Bazaar (3446m). Overnight in lodge.
Trek to
Khumjung (3790m). Overnight in Lodge.
Visit the Hillary School and the Yeti
Scalp in the local Gompa with Dunje
Festival every year in June.

Stay at
Khumjung for acclimatization. Visit
to Gonglha for a panoramic view of Mt.
Kongde, Parchamo, Everest, Lhotse, Ama
Dablam, Kangtega, Thamserku and the
villages of Thame valley and Kunde.

Tengboche
Monastery (3867m) with its famous Mani
Rimdu Festival. Overnight in tented
camp.
Day
10 Dingboche
(4347m). Overnight in tented camp.
Day
11 Lobuche
(4900m). Overnight at Himalayan Chain
Resort.

12 Rest day
for acclimatization in Lobuche.

13 Everest
Base Camp.
Day
14-51 Climbing
Period Mt. Everest.

52 Cleaning
up Base Camp, & trek to Lobuche. Overnigh in Lodge.

Pangboche. Overnight in tented camp.
