The Tibet Culture Tour brings you back to the cradle of Tibetan Civilization and gives you a chance to visit the many old buildings and Monasteries throughout the country as well as the capital of Tibet, Lhasa.

Outline Itinerary
Day 1: Transfer to airport for Kathmandu / Lhasa flight. Upon arrival, meet by our Tibetan representatives and transfer to Tsethang. Afternoon tour of Yambu Lhakhang and Cha Duk Monastery. Overnight at hotel in Tsedang.
Day 2: Visit Samye Monastery and the valley of the 'cradle of Tibetan civilization'. Overnight at hotel in Tsethang.
Day 3: Drive to Gyantse via Yamdrok Lake. Later in the afternoon visit Khumbum Stupa and Phalkor Monastery. Overnight at hotel in Gyantse.
Day 4: Drive via Shalu to Shigatse. Tour of Tashilhunpo Monastery and the free market of Shigatse. Overnight at hotel Shigatse.
Day 5: Drive to Lhasa via northern highway, visit Norbulinka Summer Palace. Overnight in Lhasa.
Day 6: Sightseeing tour of Sera Monastery, Jokhang Temple and Barkhor market.
Day 7: Sightseeing tour of Potala palace and Drepung Monastery.
Day 8: Transfer to Gonggar airport for your flight to Kathmandu or other onward destination.
