Summary: This trek demands
Rigorous overland driving, trekking and camping in Tibet at altitudes between 4390m/14400ft and 5150m/ 16,900ft. Overland travel from Lhasa to Kathmandu, with nine days trekking in the Mt. Everest and Shisapangma areas. The trek portion of this tour is supported by a Nature Trails Sherpa team which includes a camp cook and helpers who will prepare all meals. All camping equipment will be provided and the trek will be led by a Nature Trails guide. Whilst trekking, clients carry a small day-pack and walk at an easy pace as trek is leisurely and designed for a more relaxed experience. All equipment and luggage will be carried by porters or pack-animals.

Day 1: Fly, Kathmandu / Lhasa
Day 2: Sightseeing in Lhasa overnight hotel
Day 3: Sightseeing in Lhasa overnight hotel
Day 4: Drive, Lhasa / Gyantse via Yamdruktso Lake. Overnight hotel
Day 5: Gyantse to Xigatse. Overnight hotel.
Day 6: Xigatse / Tingri. Overnight guest house.
Day 7-12: Trek Tingri to Rongbuk - Everest Base Camp
Day 13: Drive, Rongbuk to Tingri. Overnight camp.
Day 14: Tingri to Shisapangma Base Camp.
Day 15 & 16: Hiking around the Shisapangma Base Camp.
Day 17: Drive back to Nyalam. Overnight Nyalam Guest house
Day 18: Nyalam / Kathmandu
